Our Story

Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose. Our journey was created from a deeply personal understanding of the challenges families face when seeking exceptional support. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, Isabella Ink is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution.

We believe therapy should happen wherever life happens—in homes, communities, workplaces, volunteer settings, daily routines, and meaningful activities that reflect each person's unique goals and aspirations.

Recognizing the need for a more individualized approach, we created a model that prioritizes relationships, consistency, dignity, and meaningful outcomes. Our work is rooted in understanding the whole person, fostering authentic connections, and supporting growth in real-world environments.

Our concierge model redefines traditional ABA services through a discreet, highly personalized, and relationship-centered approach designed specifically for young adult women.

A more thoughtful approach to ABA. A more personal path forward.

Terri Fowler
Founder

Through more than 22 years of experience advocating for and supporting my daughter, I came to recognize the need for a different kind of ABA service—one that prioritizes the whole person rather than simply addressing behaviors. Inspired by this realization, I founded Isabella Ink with the vision of creating a first-in-class concierge ABA model that combines clinical excellence, community integration, and individualized support to help young women live more independent, connected, and meaningful lives.

Before founding Isabella Ink, I spent 25 years in sales and marketing, developing expertise in communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning. Combined with my personal journey, these experiences provided the foundation for building an organization centered on personalization, flexibility, and meaningful community engagement.

My vision is to set a new standard in ABA by creating a first-in-class concierge model that prioritizes dignity, relationships, and meaningful outcomes. By moving beyond traditional approaches, I am committed to providing young women with highly individualized support that fosters independence, community connection, and a life filled with purpose and possibility.

At Isabella Ink, I believe every young woman deserves support that honors her unique goals, strengths, interests, and aspirations. Through compassionate, relationship-driven services, I strive to help each individual build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections while creating opportunities for a fulfilling and enriched life.
